The photo was “passed around” in a Valentine’s Day-like format said Chief Moore who mentioned that the officer who made the report will be interviewed on Monday.
“Our investigation is to determine the accuracy of the allegations while also reinforcing our zero tolerance for anything with racist views,” the chief said. “People will find my wrath,” Moore said if he confirms this to be true of any of his officers.
Floyd was killed last May by Minneapolis Police officer Derek Chauvin who knelt on his neck for nearly eight minutes as he repeatedly cried, “I can’t breathe.”
Floyd’s sickening death was caught on video and viewed by millions which sparked a flurry of international outrage and protests, leading most of the world to join Black people’s longtime fight in ending police brutality.-
